Evening in Uraidla by Aquilapse

I don't normally do this kind of thing (Actually this is my first submission to this category) and so I don't have a great deal of experience although it really helps when the event coordinators ace their job.

Sat Oct 31, 2015, 2:04 AM
As promised here is a round up featuring some of the most inspirational images I have come across this month. I hope that these photos can inspire you to capture or simply go out and enjoy the amazing scenery that our home has to offer.

I can Journal

Tue Oct 20, 2015, 6:46 AM
So I know this is a little late (5 years late apparently!) But I have just made my first ever journal! :la:
I have years of thanks to catch up with, but I will start here; To everyone who has ever watched, favourited, commented or generally appreciated my work - Thank you!
It's because of you that I keep doing what I am doing. Before I knew what the buttons on my camera were for, I was here on dA following some amazing artists, and not just photographers. Although my skills are limited to the camera, I still love seeing the top quality art that others have to share here.
I'm not quite sure why it took so long to get to this point, I have a lot of experience with web development and creating my own little bit of script to show off should have been a priority! Hopefully the journals look a little better in future since this was a little rushed  :dummy:

I don't have much else to say - just a big, big thank you to everyone. I have just hit 500 watchers after receiving my third Daily Deviation (Thanks again to JenFruzz) and so I have kept a promise I made to myself and started to give back to this community. Obviously I can't feature all of my amazing followers in this one journal, but i'll make a start here and I will follow this with some monthly round-ups!

It all depends. Would you rather be a flying squirrel or a leaping dolphin? :shifty:

Here lies Aquilapse, who perished two centures ago after tripping over his bootstraps. He left behind both a marble and a real live wallaby, which grieved so viciously that it had to be removed from his casket bodily. He'll always be remembered for his devotion as a wiccan, but not his ability to cook a grand chiggen.
